Der Neujahrsanlass der Wirtschaftsförderung Muttenz fand nun bereits zum dritten Mal statt, dieses Mal im Headquarter der Vitra – vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft und den ausgezeichneten Apéro an die Gastgeber.

Mit einem Rückblick auf das vergangene Vereinsjahr durch unseren Präsidenten Dr. Felix Hanisch und einem Ausblick auf das kommende Jahr inklusive vielversprechender Projekte durch Vizepräsidentin Tamara Hersperger startete der Abend. Anschliessend folgte eine spannende Präsentation seitens der Vitra durch Heiko Stahl und informative Führungen in Gruppen durch die Gebäude. Abgerundet wurde der Abend durch interessante Gespräche, Networking-Momente und einen leckeren Apéro.

Wir danken allen Beteiligten sowie Teilnehmenden und freuen uns auf ein erfolgreiches Jahr 2026!

An der Gemeindeversammlung vom 09.12.2025 wurden trotz Budgetproblemen der Gemeinde weiterhin 75% des Vorjahresbudgets bewilligt. Wir sind dankbar für das grosse Vertrauen und den deutlichen Zuspruch und freuen uns, weiterhin im Jahr 2026 den Wirtschaftsstandort Muttenz zu fördern.

Impressionen zum Abendanlass "Berufswege - Perspektiven und Vielfalt"

The Mini Career Show took place on 24 June 2025 in collaboration with Muttenz Secondary School and the Muttenz SME Association. After a practical afternoon for Year 8 pupils, three speakers presented their professional CVs in the evening. With an interested audience and exciting presentations, the evening was very entertaining. The subsequent drinks reception was sponsored by Alltech Installationen AG and Bayer CropScience AG.

Impressions from the second New Year's event, this time at GETEC Park

Exciting exchange with education professionals in Muttenz - On 05.11.2024, the roundtable with the education cluster and our Board of Directors took place at the BL Vocational Training Centre in Muttenz. The meeting was a good opportunity for networking between education and business and we look forward to the resulting projects and further collaboration.

Successful workshop with the Executive Board and Advisory Board - On 20 June 2024, we held a productive workshop on the joint mission, project ideas and the roadmap for the coming years. A very interesting exchange for which we would like to thank everyone involved.

On 17 January 2024, over 130 visitors came to Mittenza to celebrate the New Year and the launch of Muttenz Economic Development. The first big event was a complete success and we are looking forward to a dynamic year ahead.

The next milestone has been reached and we are ready for 2024! The budget for Muttenz Economic Development was accepted and approved at the municipal assembly on 12 December 2023. We are grateful for the trust placed in us and look forward to actively promoting Muttenz as a business location.

Things are moving forward: the Muttenz Economic Development Association was officially founded at the founding event on 4 December 2023. With the adoption of the association's statutes and the election of the board members, the foundation stone has been laid for the launch in 2024.
